Our Policies Our Policies   Customer satisfaction is our number one goal!  Please read this page to ensure you understand and agree to all of our policies.   Payment:  We only accept Money Orders & PayPal payments.  Please note that you DO NOT need a Paypal account to pay via Paypal.  This is a safe way to pay and keep your financial information confidential.  If you choose to pay by money order understand that your order will not ship until your payment has been received.  We appreciate receiving payment no later than 5 days after you purchase an item.  If it has not been received and/or we have not heard from you, your item may be placed back into our inventory and your order will be canceled.   Shipping:  We generally ship USPS either Priority Mail or First Class depending upon the weight (13 ounces and over does not qualify for First Class Shipping).  We will ship ready-made items with 48 hours of your order and you will receive notification as to when your purchase shipped.  Please understand that special orders, including all bath products, will require more time as they are prepared AFTER you order.  Thus, your order may take up to 7 days to ship though usually we can get it out to you within a few days.   Please understand that we charge actual shipping charges.  The USPS bases their fees not only on the weight of an item but also the size of the box and the zone in which it is being shipped from and shipped to.  We strongly encourage you to take out shipping insurance with your order.  We cannot be held accountable for items damaged after they have left our hands.  The USPS WILL NOT refund monies unless you take out insurance.  We sometimes utilize UPS as it is generally cheaper to ship larger items.   Returns:  We accept returns as long as you contact us first and receive your return number.  The items must be returned within 7 days and must be in the same condition in which they were received.  We do not refund shipping charges nor do we pay shipping to return the item.   Feedback:  We welcome and encourage our customers to contact us via email at any time with questions, concerns, complaints, comments or just to say "hi."  We truly love hearing from you!
